The opportunity
Total Renewable Solutions are based in Shepton Mallet and are experts in renewable heating offering the full range of renewable solutions. In early 2017, the company identified that they wanted to make improvements to the current website and invited us in to discuss what we could offer.
How we helped
Initially we carried out a review of the website and key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. We spent time meeting with key personnel to understand the business, the services it offers and what the key objectives and goals for the website are.
We are currently working on stage 1 : Developing a website strategy, ensuring that we fully understand the key audiences and key messages the website should deliver.
Stage 2 will include a full content review, keyword analysis and proposed website changes before we move on to stage 3…...implementation! We can’t wait to get stuck in!
In the meantime, there are also essential changes to be made to the current website using Wordpress and ongoing maintenance of the site including writing news articles. Working through these changes is a great way for us to learn more about the business and really understand the services that it offers.

The results
As we mentioned, we are currently working on developing a website strategy and meeting with key personnel to really understand the business and key objectives for the website. We can’t wait to get stuck into updating and improving the website, but of course we understand the importance of planning beforehand. We need to really understand the business and the audience, and set goals and KPIs to help us monitor the success of the changes we are making.
